To ensure continual delivery of high quality service to our clients, Soft-Com.Biz Inc. has developed these sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of Soft-Com.Biz Inc. for web hosting and remote management services. They are intended to inform the client of what we consider to be acceptable conduct in relation to the Internet, and of what actions we may take, with or without notice, in the event that Soft-Com.Biz Inc. becomes aware of inappropriate use of its service. This AUP will be used to help our system administrators deal with complaints from users of Soft-Com.Biz Inc. or other Internet-connected systems, and to determine when action should be taken.
You certify that you are at least 18 years of age. To become a Soft-Com.Biz Inc. account holder, you must read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and any policies that are or may be published by Soft-Com.Biz Inc. It is expected that the client will follow the policies set forth herein. These policies are drawn from applicable law and generally accepted standards of Internet conduct, and are intended to ensure protection of oft-Com.Biz Inc. technical resources, ability to continue to provide high quality service to the client, and protect oft-Com.Biz Inc. reputation as a service provider.
Soft-Com.Biz Inc. reserves the right to deny service to anyone. Soft-Com.Biz Inc. may modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the prices of its services, as well as discontinue or change the services offered. You will be bound by the modified Agreement, prices and/or policies if you continue to use the services. Customers that have paid in advance for services will not be affected by any price changes until their term is up.
