All individuals will have to adhere to the following rules in order to be hosted by Soft-com.biz:
All service is provided without any guarantees of availability
Soft-com.biz administration is allowed to change the terms of the provided services
Soft-com.biz does NOT allow sites that provide points of distribution, or links to the following types of sites:

• Pirated Software (Warez) - Any software that is copyrighted and not freely available for distribution without cost. Including: ROMs, ROM Emulators, Mpeg Layer 3 files (MP3) and DVD Videos.
• Hacking / Phreaking - Includes sites with material, links, or resources for Hacking, Phreaking, Viruses, Anarchy, or any type of site that promotes the destruction or compromises the integrity of Web Hosting Network.
• IRC / Bots - This includes "egg drops" "bots" or any IRC related programs.
• Archives - This includes music, video and program archives.
• CP - Child Porno Materials (In case detect Child Porno Materials at our hosting we'll report to ACPO)

We retain the right to terminate, without notice, any account which in some way causes extra administration or harm to
us or to other Soft-com.biz hosted individuals, organizations or companies.
